Low carb diet is the composition of food or diet that contains a low or limited amount of carbohydrates. It usually refers to a significant reduction of sugar or carbohydrate type diet and increase or keep up with fat and proteins. You can still keep your tasty diet plan (except carbohydrates) and still lose weight.

Low carb diets are usually used for controlling weight, so if we need to reduce a certain amount of weight, then it is one of the most effective methods to do so. Besides, it may introduce us to a new eating habit.
