Lemon may seem useful and it is, but too much lemon may cause tooth erosion because it's acidic. It will erode the enamel of your teeth and will make your teeth very sensitive to extra hot or extra cold foods and drinks. You can use a straw to prevent some loss but again, too much lemon will cause you trouble anyway.
Dehydration
Too much lemon will cause frequent urination because it contains ascorbic acid or vitamin C and your body will lose water and minerals quickly. You will feel week and it will be harmful to your health and day to day activities.

Honey contains a high amount of glucose (in a form of fructose) and too much honey may increase your blood sugar dramatically which is not a good thing.
Toxic reactions and infections with honey
Honey is produced from the nectar of Rhododendrons which may contain toxic elements that can cause chest pain, low blood pressure, and several heart problems. And if you have a weak immune system, you should avoid excessive honey because it can cause bacterial and fungi problems.

Don't get me wrong, honey and lemon are two of the most useful resource for your health and weight loss but you should take your diet in an optimum amount even if it contains honey or lemon.
